Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

Last Updated: October 10, 2026

1. Introduction

AnyLoop Inc ("we," "us," or "our") operates AdAnt (adant.ai), an AI-native platform for creating short-form videos with AI avatar characters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

By using AdAnt, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Password (stored as a secure hash, never in plaintext)
  • Profile picture (optional)

2.2 Content and Usage Data

We collect the content you provide and information about how you use AdAnt, including:

  • Media you upload (such as images, audio, or video)
  • Prompts and instructions you enter
  • Generated characters, avatars, and videos
  • Projects and workspaces you manage
  • Generation, editing, and export activity
  • API usage and CLI interactions

2.3 Technical Data

We collect technical information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • Operating system
  • Access times and dates
  • Pages viewed and actions taken

2.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity and store certain information. See our Cookie Policy for more details.

2.5 Likeness and Biometric-Type Data

The media you upload and the avatars and videos you generate may contain faces, voices, and other likenesses of real people, including yourself. We process this content solely to provide the generation features you request and do not use it to identify individuals. Depending on your jurisdiction, facial or voice data may be considered biometric or sensitive personal information.

You are responsible for obtaining all consents required to submit or generate the likeness of any person, as described in our Terms of Service (Section 6.2). If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with biometric privacy laws (for example, Illinois' BIPA), please contact us with any questions about how this data is handled.

2.6 Connected Social Accounts

If you choose to connect an Instagram professional account or a TikTok account so that AdAnt can publish videos for you, we receive from that platform, with your authorization:

  • Your account's ID, username, display name, and profile picture
  • An access token that lets AdAnt publish on your behalf, which we store encrypted and never show to anyone, including you

We use this access only to publish the videos you schedule or post, with the caption and settings you choose, and to show you which account is connected and how each post went. We do not read your messages, comments, followers, or other posts, and we do not use this data for advertising or sell it.

You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings in AdAnt, which deletes the stored token and profile; you can also remove AdAnt's access in your Instagram or TikTok settings. To have all data received from a connected platform deleted, use Disconnect or email [email protected], and we will delete it within 30 days.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our service: Create and manage your account, generate and edit videos and characters, and ensure platform functionality
  • Improve our service: Analyze usage patterns, develop new features, and enhance user experience
  • Communicate with you: Send service updates, security alerts, and respond to your inquiries

  • Analytics providers: Usage analytics and monitoring (if applicable)

  • Payment processors: Stripe for subscription billing (if applicable)

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:

  • Valid legal processes (subpoenas, court orders)

4.5 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Advertising measurement described in section 4.2 happens only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from your cookie preferences.

4.6 AI Processing and Subprocessors

AdAnt's generation features are powered by third-party AI and infrastructure providers. To provide the Service, your content and prompts may be sent to and processed by these subprocessors, which act on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Categories of subprocessors include:

  • AI model providers: large language model and media-generation (image, video, and voice) providers that produce your output
  • Compute and sandbox providers: isolated execution environments used to run generation jobs
  • Hosting and CDN providers: infrastructure and content delivery
  • Database providers: PostgreSQL database hosting and storage
  • Payment processors: Stripe for subscription billing

We do not permit our AI subprocessors to use your content to train their foundation models. They process your content only as needed to provide the Service on our behalf.
